First of all, I would like to introduce myself  before I outline my disease story.

I am Fatima, I have 35 years old, married. I am an Engineer in computer system and working in Algerain Company, I am in charge of designing an Internet Web.
When I had my first pregnancy (after 7 months ) I was hospitalized directly in intensive care for hypertension  26/14 (called in french toximie gravidique) related to the pregnancy. I was subjected to a provoked abortion ( interruption of pregnancy) in ordre to see my blood pressure come back to the normal but it remains high.

I go on diet like no fruit, very low protein, a half  liter of water a day and low salt diets. But I'm affraid of malnutrition because my weight is decreased of 9 pounds. What  shoud I do to avoid it?  Besides, I have an acute of hypo haemoglobin and hematocrit, they 're respectively 7 and 23%. Where the (NV= 12 - 18) and       (NV =37 - 50) . What shoud you advise me to correct my acute anemia?

Despite of my bad health case descripted above, my physicians don't care at all about putting me on dialysis to correct the abnormality, (maybe for low in hemodialysis machines) and he advised me to seek for an hospital abroad to transplant because here in Algeria no transplantation center exists now.

This current situation where I am now would have been maybe avoided if I was been medically well taken care at the begining, like to have deep explorations, be scanned, etc.

They (the physicians) don't know the origin of my renal dysfuntion. There was no family history of hypertension and renal diseases and I have not a previous medical history.

For 1999, I am entered in hemodialysis program after I performed my fistula, twice a week with 4 hours per issue, but the problem is they have a hard time to find my venous and you know the pain I support until they find it and while the all issue, my machine works time to time and breaks and so on …until the issue ends    . It’s very difficult to me to bear this situation all my life and my physicians told me that my arterio-venous is very small and deep and advised me to find an transplant center to perform your kidney transplantation or your venous will be off (out) no more than one year at least.

For these reasons, I would like to be transplanted abroad to relieve of suffering from this disease.
